Just my two cents- I would recommend that you stop putting powder underneath your eyes. I have found that the creping above and below the eyelids is only accentuated when you put powder on top of it. I use a product called Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser. It's a silicone - based product, and I found that if I mix a very small amount of it in with my concealer before applying it under my eyes, it gives a smooth and creamy coverage. As we get older, I really believe that less is more with regards to the product you're putting on top of the skin. My first recommendation of course is to always use moisturizer. I also found a few years ago that ditching the face powder was one of the smartest things I did, as my face has gotten dryer since I've hit menopause. The most amazing part of doing it this way is that the skin stays moisturized throughout the day and looks less wrinkled. 😀

Can I give all of you another tip that I saw on Wayne Goss’s channel? Dot concealer only on the dark shadow that the under eye bag creates. Only place under it otherwise you’re hi lighting the whole bag. It makes the bag virtually disappear. I’ve been using the technique ever since I saw it.

Hi Kimberly! I have been doing something similar, but with my own twist, for several months now and it works great for me! First of all, I have opted out of concealer and setting powder under my eyes! I just take my foundation under there after moistening! Then, I take my Lanocreme undereye roller ball serum and roll it lightly under my eyes... tap, tap, tap gently and let it dry without making any facial expressions! The difference is amazing! I suppose it would work the same with a setting spray or eye cream, but the roller ball really does the trick! I will definitely give this a whirl too! Thanks for sharing!

Kimberly, I enjoy your videos so much! You are so pleasant to listen to and easy to understand. One of the things I really like about you is that you take your time in explaining everything that you are doing, and I appreciate that. Not like we're in a big rush! I feel like I am sitting down with a friend, talkin' makeup! I see as I read some other comments that there are some who are complaining about your "talking too much" and not getting to the point quickly enough! Apparently, you are taking up too much of their time! I am 65, you are 60 and I'll bet my lip color that these gals are younger than us. I was younger, too, once and then I learned that when rushing through life, you tend to miss a lot of the really special moments life has to offer. Guess that falls under those "life lessons". I figure we are in the middle of a pandemic right now (March 14, 2021), stuck in our homes, it's a cold Sunday afternoon, so I am going to take time for myself and watch some makeup videos and learn some new tricks! And I will do that when I have the time and do not have to rush, rush, rush!! My advice to you Kimberly?
