use whatever you want, if you are using Fragments in your app onClick wont work but using Activities only the onClick attribute is a neat choice

you inherited the wrong OnClickListener, you are supposed to implement View.OnClickListener, you implemented :D hop e that helps :D

You are saying that Android OS is listening to the click activity because we implement onclicklistener, but isn't that because we set an onclicklistener to the button? Then how Android OS knows which button to listen when it looks only to the "implements onclicklistener" part, because it's only the responder I guess. Sorry for my bad English. I'm a bit confused about this part. You are saying it around 1:50.
