Riot's refund policy has been updated. Once you test the gun in The Range or Custom, you cannot get a refund anymore. Trust me, I tried to refund an unupgraded elderflame vandal after testing it in the range immediately after purchasing the skin. It didnt appear in my order history so I sent a ticket and Riot support replied that its been used and they cant refund it.

They updated the refund policy by changing it online saying if u want to refund u cant go into any games AND in ANY mode if u do it counts as used
