a smart idea would be to get some stegos ankies and pachyrhinosaurus and keep them around your base where you can easily access them and deploy them when a giga comes around because you saw how they tore that giga apart the other day

Also I think that Griffins would do both, sometimes lay eggs, sometimes give live birth, it just depends on the circumstances
