Might want to note that you than push down a bit firmer to pop it out, simply "push it out" can be ambiguous on direction of if it's a firmer push, or a hooking motion

the tool comes with the box when you buy the phone ...its on the back of some of the paper matieral.

I just use the sim ejector in the wrong hole.another hole but near the simcard.what is that hole?am i damage my phone?how to test damage?

The Local AT&T store stated "There is no SIM card in the Galaxy S-10."
