You are brilliant,
I am 57 years and been training for arm wrestling for nearly 7 months, I have diffo got stronger, but I was wanting to get much stronger and have been asking different people their opinion and it never really made much sense that was until I just seen your video, it took a female to advise me the correct way, sorry lads 😂,
