Music is how i get my emotions out and i cant say how badly i needed this one. I relate to it hard (my mom), the rythm hits in just the right ways, and the breathwork is as cathartic (and similar) to a hard cry. Its like i can sing along and just open my heart to drain a little of the weight off my chest.
