Professional COE Application Service

In order to enter Thailand, Thai and foreign travelers must obtain a COE or certificate entry. This document will allow the traveler to enter Thailand on a specific date and flight details. The traveler must apply for the COE from the local Thai Embassy or consulate at least 5 to 15 working days prior to the intended date of travel.

There are two stages of the COE application:
The first stage is to register online by filling in your personal details, and upload supporting documents such as a copy of passport, copy of the valid visa (if any), and COVID-19 travel insurance. In this stage you will also select if you are entering under Quarantine or the Sandbox program. The Embassy will screen and pre-approve the applicants who meet the requirements.

The second stage of the application is confirmation of your travel. The applicants who received the pre-approval will upload a copy of the flight ticket and the ASQ or Sandbox hotel booking confirmation. It will take 1 to 3 working days to receive the final approval.
