I ride a GS1250 but new, BMW are pricing themselves out of the market - north of £22k for a reasonable spec is idiotic
So on the potential new list now are the Tracer 9 GT+ and the Mandello V100

The XSR125 is a 155 in Thailand. Those extra 30cc make such a difference. I thought the Niken had been discontinued. Glad it hasn't

When Yamaha introduced the MT09 Tracer it was a big hit due to affordability unfortunately the newer models are now becoming rather expensive. I can’t see them selling too many of these but good to see they’ve dropped the horrible “Divers Face” dash 👍

I saw the new Tracer 9 GT+ at Motorcycle Live and was really impressed with it, only let down is its not available in white with gold rims (grey is just boring)

Firstly, you do produce good videos. Secondly, technology, OMG! Like you say with the Tracer 9 GT+, that technology is maybe not for everybody but it's very impressive the way bikes are going. For fear of being labelled a dinosaur (which I obviously am at 66), just show me the kick start! 🤣 I have three bikes, non of which have one, they don't even have them on so called 'retro' bikes, but then I suppose the techno-savvy youngsters wouldn't know how to use one? 🤣👍🏼

I keep coming back to the Tracer, for what I want it seems to be the bike, but I love what Yamaha are doing. I bought a brand new MT07 (FZ07 here in 🇨🇦) as my first bike after a 20+ year gap, what a fun bike! Brilliant engine, high revving and so nimble. I love the XSR range too, but not too keen on the high rear seat on the 900? Looks a bit odd to me. Great video, again, straight to the point and no faffing around. 👍

I’d like to try the Tracer9GT plus. The technology intrigues me as far as throttle cut off and braking. I’m not sure if it’s for me as far as the bike doing the thinking for me? I had a FJ09 and I loved it! That CP3 triple was outstanding! Back then the biggest downfall of the bike was the stock seat. Horrible! Ultimately I found a custom seat builder who took my stock seat and built an acceptable seat. The stock seat I’d start to squirm in pain after 80 miles.
