The movie is remarkable. My late dad told me about it a few decades ago. I saw it back then and was very impressed. One of Brando's best.

Saw this great motion picture about 30 years ago and never forgot it. It made a powerful impression on me and still does. The late, great Marlon Brando is perfect for the role of Rio. Never was a fan of his but here he knocked it out of the ballpark. 9-23-2018

PINA pellicer aka Loisa commited suicide not long after the movie 4/ December 1964. OMG so beautiful. What an amazing film specially riding the horses along the beach so stunning. And you Rio breathtaking. I could cry now I loved you all and the beautiful movie you gave us. RIP PINA

This is a nice trailer to a superb Western epic. Saw it today on the Circle cable channel, although I have seen One-Eyed Jacks numerous times previously. Brando gave a spirited performance as the outlaw Rio. Karl Malden did well as the former partner-in-crime turned sheriff who betrayed Rio. However, I was enthralled by the beauty and wonderful acting of the late Mexican star Pina Pellicer, who, sadly, committed suicide three years after the movie's release at age 30. I wonder what drove her to do that? Anyway, I loved the fact that this was the only Western that I knew of that was shot near the Pacific Ocean, a change of pace from the average genre fare. Thanks for presenting.

There are scenes in this trailer that never made it to the final print, unfortunately. I wonder if there is a copy of the original 3, 4, or 5 hour version that Brando submitted before Paramount butchered it. Maybe somewhere on the planet a copy does exist, even though Brando stated once that the original was destroyed by Paramount. Who knows? But there's always hope... 🏹♐

It looks like some scenes are altered or different in the final and some that aren't in the final cut or maybe it's my copy that's different

Would of won an Oscar today, all characters are kinda bad. Brando was a genius.

The movie is a pretty good western but I always think of the scene where Rio rides up to Dad's ranch and Dad is all alone . So he has a chance to end it right there by shooting it out with the guy he hates so much and has been waiting 5 years to kill. But no instead he pretends he got away and they can be friends again. I know you could say that Rio wants more than just a quick shootout but it never made any sense to me except an artificial way to add time and a romance to the movie.
