I am not sure how I would react if I told someone that I love them & they said "I accept your love for me & extend it back to you." Tyler's love language is anything but the one that actually uses language. 😂 Maybe it's better that Tyler doesn't say "I love you" to Bec all the time though, since he values the word "love" so much & Bec will know he truly does love her when he says it.

Is it just me that gets stuck in this cycle sometimes? I restrict for a while and then, something clicks and I'm determined to recover. I eat a lot in the beginning and it's super scary. Then, as I get used to eating more and my mental hunger does down, I start eating less. Then one day I get hungry and something is in the way of me getting food, so I don't. Whether it's because I'm out or I feel uncomfortable eating infront of people. Then I get addicted to the feeling of hunger all over again and I relapse.

Is there any way to stop his cycle?
