Great advice and it could be used in many areas of life.

Excellent advice. I recently completed a two year Higher Cert in Information Provision and Advocacy Practice course, the advice you just gave wasn't focused on to the best of my recollection. If one is looking for truth in a court of law or tribunal you'd have more luck finding it at the bottom of a bottomless pit.

Very useful.
I am assisting a group of remote overseas workers who have not been paid on time over consecutive months.
I offered for the Employer a chance to resolve the issue with me, however its a messy one, contracts do not state the competant jurisdiction of authority, the employer is denying they are even employer contracts, Employer has numerous legal designations in multiple territories, and employees just executed the workplace grievance prematurely without finalising the checks. Im not even a lawyer, I am trained in compliance at probably a junior para legal level, if that. Sadly they do not have the resource to deploy proper legal counsel.

Thank you for such valuable advice. Can I please ask as to whether you are in a position of doing a video on a locally engaged staff at a diplomatic mission oversea pursuing an "Unfair Dismissal" case against him by a diplomatic staff. Can he, the claimant, sue at the receiving country regardless of "Diplomatic Immunity. The claimant is a British armed forces veterans who has a disability (PTSD), he is a British naturalised citizens who was employed as a locally engaged staff at the British Diplomatic Mission Oversea. I would be more than happy to discuss
