in the first puzzle there were these massive rings which implied a corner turn that took most of the faces adjacent to it with it that you never did.

I once attempted multi blind one-foot underwater Rubik's nightmare. Quite difficult. I could only memorize and solve three with one foot and underwater holding my breath in under an hour.

that first cube should have had another turn that turned a whole vertice and its three neighboring vertices at the same time.
