my dog Diana she got hit by a car when she was three months old and once we took her to the hospital, it took her five months to recover with surgeries that paid $10, 000. She broke three of her little legs and she survived and it’s such a miracle for her to survive, and I feel so warm whenever I see other dogs getting the treatment and recovery they also need❤

When I was a kid, we had a dog named Mickey. My stepbrother taught her to fetch when she was half grown. We took her outside after the first snowfall of her life. My stepbrother threw a snowball and told her to "fetch " just to see what she would do. Of course, when she tried to pick it up, it melted in her mouth, so she stuck her snout in the snow and thrashed it back and forth, making funny doggo noises. Cute as all get out! After that, she would ask us to throw snowballs for her. 😅 RIP good girl.

My son’s Russel Terrier was enjoying snow for the first time. My son was going down a hill in his sled. Spike jumped on the back of the sled without any encouragement! They sled all afternoon. They had a fantastic time that day!

My Beau dog was a beautiful boy I rescued from the streets. I never knew his breed, though there were many guesses. I was in central California at the time, so he had no experience with snow, but I knew he loathed rain, so I thought he’d hate snow, too, when I moved to the pacific NW when he was 7 or so. Boy, was I wrong. It was love at first sight, he got this big silly grin and flattened his ears and ran and ran and ran, and I looked at him and thought “how on earth did I never see the husky in him?”
