Hi Jack, very useful video. 
Regarding the scaling up of variance - I have a data set where the mean is multiplied by 9.09 to represent a 1m^2 area from the original 0.11m^2 area. The SD was also multiplied by 9.09 as per your video above.... How do I scale up the standard error also? Thanks

What are the steps for scaling variance? There was a question on the 2015 S1, (2 b) that required this and it is very confusing.

Does this apply to standard error or a 95% confidence interval also?

If standard deviation can only be increased by multiplication. How about Variance?
