Loved obsessing over my Boston Marathon time goal time with all of these calculators lol. Anywhere between a 3:28 and a 3:41 for me and that sounds about right! Seriously, though, always love how much research you put into your videos, Matt. And I haven't missed being on Strava one bit until you put up that Metathon predictor - that was a fun one!

I really liked this Race Predictors review! From my experience the marathon has Its own rules. And Stryd seems to be the most realistic predictors. good luck in the Boston marathon!!

All the best Matt! The Boston Marathon is quite a prestigious race! I remember when I was in high school when Bill Rodgers aka "Boston Billy" was a winner and ran the race year after year.

Thank you for sharing Matt. I’ve only used my COROS Apex Pro but it’s not quite accurate yet since I’ve only had it for about a month now. I’ll have to check out some of those websites. I think it’s fun to find out your time. Good luck with your marathon on Boston. I know that you’re going to crush it.

Vdot for sure!! I hope I don't jinx it by saying that the Boston weather forecast for Monday doesn't look too bad. I'm glad you went to the trouble of finding all of those race predictors. That was interesting to watch. Beagles and seagulls! Have a great race and a really fun day, Matt.

Having run Boston three times, and being a taller runner like you, it’s the downhills near the end, from Cleveland Circle to Kenmore Square, that are the biggest challenge. Your quads take some sneaky pounding in the opening 10K, and again into Newton Lower Falls, so that when you get to mile 21, they don’t have much resilience left. That being said, I’ll be cheering for you in Brookline, Matt!

See you in Boston Matt! Although my A goal is 4 hours and my B goal is to beat my PR 4:24:27…C goal is to finish as I’ve raise over $95, 000 for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 4 years. Bib # 24164 Thomas Dillon

Sorry to be picking nits, but I believe that the white line on the Stryd "My Training" graph is the 42-day Running Stress Score (RSS) average, not CP. This stood out to me when I first saw it because yours was so much higher than mine. Well, I'm a week out from my first marathon, and I'm proud to say that my metrics look a bit more like yours.

STRYD worked great for me at Philadelphia marathon. Predicted me to run 332 watts and I ran 332 watts. Ran very even and passed dozens of runners second half.
