Turn your nerves into excitement... such good advice. Whether a job interview, entering a big gathering of people you don't know, giving a speech for a wedding... whatever that nervous moment is, shift that nervous energy into excitement. So good! Loved the taking a moment too ... would have helped me many times when I was unsure if I had taken a pause before moving. That's one I still need to put on a sticky note & keep around. All of the clips were good!

Turn your nerves into excitement. EXACTLY! And it works! It’s a shift in consciousness regarding your situation. Before going on stage I did this work to get me through the challenge, and enjoyed performances better through it! Nerves is from the ego, excitement is from the soul, jumping with giddiness within you - it is far more expansive and joyful to feel that excitement come on. Then who cares if you make a mistake, in fact it is less likely to occur in the creative fun of what you’re doing.
