Why Ants Prefer Liquid Ant Baits vs. Gel Baits

Worker ants prefer liquid food to solid food because they can easily digest and transport liquids solids back to the colony. Because liquids don't need to be broken down like solids, it can be passed immediately to larvae, worker ants and queen.

So I just put the tero liquid bait trap and just the liquid out they are going bat ahit crazy over it but one question. How long before a remove the traps? How long before you no they get the queen?

my concern is if you use liquid bait and ants go in and come out they will be walking around in the house and all the liquid might get on the floor of the house. is it safe?
