Fifa's transitions are soo bad, you can genuinely see the end of an animation and the start of the new one, its never fluid....pes is very fluid, i think fifa only wins year in year out because they monopolized the licences

I've been playing FIFA for years. It hasn't changed much since FIFA 13 on next gen. It's the same crap, same commentary and the same lazy animations. They're becoming Madden.
PES, on the other hand, are getting better and better. I played the demo, it's very fast and very realistic. Animations are smoother as well.
FIFA has better commentary overall though

PES was better back in 2006, now it just looks funny. Just look at Messi's leg as he shoots still looks like 2002 version lol. Not a fan but Fifa is more realistic nowadays.

I feel like the biggest issue for PES are the licenses.They make no attempt to mimic actual one. If I cant use Barcelona, I'll use Barfalona, no Chelsea? How about Chelskea with a badge that resembles but not the real one.Other than that, it's a unique game in its own way.
