We played FIFA 17 and PES 17 simultaneously using the same controller to bring you this graphics comparison. We expected a clear FIFA win visually, but in some areas, PES looks great!

the guy at @1:26 using the force to kick the ball in FIFA 17, kicks it 10 cm before actual collision with the ball, classic EA with their rinse and repeat games. PES is better, i guess.

FIFA is superior in terms of visual quality. But PES has better gameplay.

FIFA just looks unrealistic compared to PES. Just look at that good physics at 1:28. Hitting the ball 10 cm before it would actually colide.

I don't think Fox engine is for football/sports game really. This engine works better with cinematic, close action scenes.

I love the atmosphere in FIFA. Somehow in PES looks like the same game i played on PS2 back then, when it was called Winning Eleven lol.

I didn´t buy dual 1070´s to play the "ps3" port on the pc.
Fifa although not perfect, at least respects pc gamers.

PES is a great game. It is the underground. FIFA is the pop. But, even with its shortcomings, I've always chosen FIFA from 08 till today because of the better game atmosphere the game gives you. When you play PES, it seems like you always play on the same stadium. Then you have the too bright grass. In FIFA you get the feeling of playing at Anfield, Old Trafford, Camp Nou etc. This is what matters for me, the immersion into the atmosphere, the commentary, even if I'm very critical to FIFA as well. But it still remains the better choice overall.

Lol. I don't know what sort of potato they recorded the PES footage with, but my PES on PS4 looks absolutely nothing like that. The textures, colour grading, frame rate, and the lack of motion blur in replays probably means PES17 was most likely recorded on PS3/XB360 or the PC version.

I don't understand how people can think PES looks (overall) better than FIFA. I'll agree with whoever says the PES close ups look better, but apart from that it looks terrible.
