I was born in 1941 and the 50's songs were the best ever. At 80 years old, I still enjoy these great songs and the most fabulous memories they bring back.

I was born in 2008 and I'm 13 and I am obsessed with the music from the 80's 50's 90's and some of the music today people say I'm weird for it but I don't care.

This was played during my "going up" years. I'm now 65. But they make me feel young now!
I have to share with my family. These are wonderful...

I was born in 1946 and have been grown up with these lovely songs. Now, when my grand children listen to the present day modern songs, I don't find any sweetness in the tune and the lyrics. However, our days have gone. This is the irony of life.

Remember hearing at least 90% of these on the radio in 1950.

Sitting here, in front of this laptop, searching back through the years...just looking for music and songs I might remember from my childhood. I was born in 1948 and it's surprising what I recognise from those childhood days. My late Mother used to sing like an Angel and as I listen to many of the songs, it's her voice I hear singing them.

An old mans memories.

Born in 2001 with an old soul, an absolute love for songs, films, cars, etc. from the 50s-80s. I wish i could travel back to that time and experience it first hand. before the horrid problems of today. a simpler time. with more respectful, responsible people. less fakeness. I was born completely in the wrong generation.

I was born in 1950. I wish we had the music of the 50's and early 60's back again.

I was born in 1955. I really do appreciate the songs from the '40s and the '50s. WW II was just over for five years and America was, at least in popular songs, trying to find "normalcy." These songs prove it in spades...

I was 10 in 1950 and the most one I remember is the Tennessee Waltz. Still love it.

I was alive back then, however too young to remember the year and living in central West Virginia did not lend itself to this type of music. Great songs though, thank you.
