My Favorite Sauce! Ahi Verde (Peruvian Green Sauce) #recipe

Aji Verde/Peruvian green sauce

1 packed cup cilantro
1 garlic clove
1-2 Jalapeños
2 tablespoons Cotija or Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lime juice
2/3 cup mayo
Salt to taste

Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with my Peruvian chicken or marinated steak!

Yummy. We love Peruvian food. My favorite dish is Lomo Saltado with aji sauce. 😊

That's not Peruvian tho. I'm Peruvian, we eat "ají amarillo" not "jalapeño". This is probably American or Mexican.

When I make this sauce I can literally put a straw in the bowl and drink it!!! It is so f-nig GOOD!!!
