We always had it with a green salad and feta delicious lemony rinse and lemon drizzle over to the green lettuce oh my God never did have it with a Greek salad though I’ll try it next time

You said Throumbi---Summer Savory herb---haven't heard the Greek word in forever but never knew by English name as Savory. Love Savory, I use it with mushroom dishes, very much enhances mushroom flavor. I'll be sure to try it with chicken soon with your recipe. Thanks for bringing Greek heritage recipes to us.

Thanks Ken. I’m from England but I’ve never heard of Summer Savoury. I’ve looked it up and it seems to be a mixed herb mix, maybe like Italian seasoning. Is that right?
