This meal couldn’t be easier and looks delicious! I grown greens and herbs on my balcony but have squirrels that jump up and have to taste everything. Not sure how to deter them. Would love to see a spring garden tour with Tim to show what he plants in the spring.

So jealous of the Swiss chard! If that came from my garden, it'd look more like Swiss cheese as the insects would annihilate it. Struggle to grow anything organically here. If there's a vegetable, we have an insect that eats it. We even struggle when using 7even think the insects here eat that crap that. 😵‍💫
