dollar cost average into a index fund or etf like VTI, VOO for steady growth, VUG higher growth, SCHD or VYM for dividend growth. Get a good foundation with that and learn how to evaluate stocks then pick a hand full to add in. I sell covered calls and cash secured puts on some positions for a little more cash flow.
