In terms of clarity, for your next book, I recently understood the notion of terminal multiple from your recent template video but it took me a while to realize it. I think you should _explicitly_ say that the terminal multiple is one of the following:
- the expected PE ratio if you input earnings in the table
- the expected Price/CashFlow ratio if you input free cash flow in the table
- 1/the expected dividend yield if you input dividends in the table
Essentially, the goal of the terminal multiple is to "convert back the amounts in the table to a stock price". That would make it very clear I think :)

I agree with you! Good reminder, it is a market of stocks not a stockmarket. I go for dividend paying value stocks for the long term.
