ZnTe crystals for THz emission and EO sampling
Standard orientation is 110 and standard dimensions are 10x10mm, with standard thickness 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 1mm
ZnSe crystals can be AR coated for required wavelength or wavelength range. For example AR coating on both sides costs $800. Several crystals can be coated in one coating run
R ≤ 0.5% at 800 nm and ≤ 1% for band 800 nm+/-100 nm
We can offer ZnTe crystal
a) unmounted, as shown in this video
b) mounted in a standard 1" holder
We also offer optically contacted assemblies of 110 crystal on 100 substrate.
Standard assemblies:
ZnTe 110 thickness 100, 200, 300 micron on 1, 2, 3 mm 100 substrates.
