I've been on Vyvanse (under the name of Elvanse) for three weeks now, after receiving my ADHD diagnosis. The effect blew my mind, this is life altering.

I’m about 2 weeks in to starting vyvanse and so far it’s been a mixed bag.
Pros: able to think clearly, able to prioritise, getting shit done, decreased apetitie(I’m obese)
Cons: anger/iritability, too much energy at times, jaw hurts, insomnia
The cons are all getting better by the day. My overall opinion is a positive one though

Here in Germany, it's called lisdexamfetamin. I switched from 30mg to 50 but still did not feel the kick .the only fabulous thing that kicked in straight away was a decrease in appetite. I lost 5kg in the last 6 weeks without doing anything 😅 I had a knee surgery, so I was pretty much sleeping or sitting. The typical me would be binge snacking, but I just don't feel like it anymore 😊 as to my adhd symptoms are there higher doses or will I need to switch to something else if I'm not seeing results?? I appreciate any helpful answer
