Excellent video!
Would you agree that the hanging leg raise exercise many people do in the belief that it will strengthen the "lower abs" is a completely useless exercise for this purpose because:
1)You cannot isolate the lower abs from the upper abs in any exercise and 2) hanging leg raises don't develop the abs at all because none of the ab muscles participate in hip flexion.

nice exercise, i can do it in bed ... does this also stretch hamstrings, though ...
