I am doing two of the 3. On calorie restriction olive oil is not something I can afford.

There's nothing in olive oil that you can't get in healthier foods such as colorful fruits and vegetables without the high calorie count and saturated fat in processed oil. Eat berries, cherries, red and blue fruits and vegetables instead.
