I was seriously considering the 7a until my 6a got updated to android 14...the greatest strength of the 6a for me is the battery life...the charging is frustratingly slow but when this thing is charged it easily an all day phone..the cameras are still solid the screen only at 60hz is good enough for media consumption oh and the fingerprint sensor works now after the update

I'm still enjoying the 6a but I can see the great upgrades of the 7a. Google is winning imo.

If you can wait, the third (amd arguably best) option is the pixel 8a which is an inevitability.
