I know I’ll cry when Hayao Miyazaki passes away. I cried when Isao Takahata died too.
I’m a Japanese person born in 1988, the year My Neighbor Totoro and Grave of the Fireflies were released. I grew up with Ghibli films, and they've supported me through many turning points in life.
I think many Japanese people see Miyazaki as a grumpy grandpa they've never met, but who’s always been there.

Jst as other people i too did ai images conversion at first but after understanding n realising the amount of efforts n struggle Mr. Hayao Miyazaki put in his work, i instantly delete those pics and decide to not to do again at any cost as a another form of respect to sir for such immensely beautiful works he presents to us, coz if the same thing might have happen with me i would truly felt like an insult towards my hardwork years n years. I respect to sir Mr. Hayao Miyazaki, and it's my wish to meet you in person in the future when I'll earn money myself. Thank you for Ghibli regarding some co workers too! ❤
