How to Calculate Line Item Totals and Form Footer Totals in Microsoft Access (Sum Function)

In this video, I will show you how to calculate form footer totals. We will first calculate a total for each record (row) to get a line item total, and then we'll sum up all the line item totals to get a grand total for the entire set of data.
