I just bought the regular Arcadia. I’m 5’9 and it feels fine size wise to me. Lat pull-down would be a bit cramped but I have a basic plate loaded attachment in my rack so no drama for me. Build was easy, 4 hours start to finish by myself.

The resistance profiles mean I’m pulling less weight than I would be with dumbbells. More control, more resistance equals less weight. Honestly, i got the weight stack upgrade but for flys, pull downs etc - the things I was using dumbbells or bands for, doubt I’ll ever need it.

Max wouldn’t fit in my space, and anyway, it’ll be months before it appears in the UK. It might have been a tougher decision had the Adonis been available here. Might have sacrificed the dual pulleys for that.
