For those who don't know:
The clock shown has its numbers labeled in roman numerals which some people can't read. I think what he's trying to say is that you don't need to know how to read it.

For those who want to know how to read it:

I = 1
II = 2
III = 3
IV = 4
V = 5
VI = 6
VII = 7
VIII = 8
IX = 9
X = 10
L = 50
C = 100
D = 500
M = 1000

thanks for the likes so here are the main rules of Roman numerals:


Adding values: When a Roman numeral symbol is placed after another of equal or greater value, add their values together to get the total.

Subtracting values: When a smaller Roman numeral symbol is placed before a larger one, subtract its value from the larger one.

Limited repetition: No symbol can be repeated more than three times in a row.

Restricted subtraction symbols: Only the symbols I, X, and C can be used for subtraction.

No repeating V, L, and D: The symbols V, L, and D (representing 5, 50, and 500 respectively) cannot be repeated.

Also, the smallest line indicates the hour and the longer one the minutes.
That clock indicates the hour 10:08 or 10:09
In roman numerals putting a number in the left of another one makes it smaller, and if its on the right of it its bigger
For example, IV means 4 because V is 5 and VI is 6
Some other roman numbers
L=50
C=100
D=500
M=1000
Btw, u can only repeat the letter C, X and I(100, 10 and 1)
But dont only repeat those letters to make a number, like with 900, dont put put CM, M-C=900(1000-100)
