What if the minute hand is out of sync? It chimes on 10 minutes past the hour?

I only heard 3 chimes, not eight? We moved and I can’t get my clock in sync. I have it on a Westminster chime every quarter and that’s all messed up as well. The clock is running fine just the chimes are all off. 😔 Your clock is beautiful! Are you going to fix it to make it sound better? I love it.
