Sidney Crosby bats down the pass from Andrei Vasilevskiy and gets off some quick passes with Alex Ovechkin before Sid puts it into the net, putting the Metro Division up 5-4 over the Atlantic at the 2023 NHL All Star Game

As a Pens fan who, normally "hates" Ovi....I couldn't have been more thrilled to watch Ovi and Sid just toy with everyone. When you hate a player, you know they are doing their job, and u have to respect that. So much respect for Ovi. Dude is a beast!

The Metro team is beyond stacked compared to other divisions I swear. Crosby, Ovechkin, Hughes. And they still have Panarin, Svech, Gaudreau, Shesterkin and so on. Like all the teams are stacked. But the Metro just has so many of the top players this year in the All Star competition

I forgot the wingers in 05 but this would have been the Pens lineup for 05-06. Lemuiex was on his way out so he would have had Ovechkin on his wing lol. Man in a different universe this happened.

That signed jersey by Crosby and Ovechkin at the all-star game should not have been taken home by Crosby, There should have been a seat draw in the arena at the second intermission or they could have gave it to someone who would cherish it for life like myself, just saying that wasn't right?

I think every caps and pens fan is thinking if only. I'd trade Malkin four first round picks and a dozen prospects for Ovi. Hell I might even be generous and give you Petterson as well.
