How To Clean Mildew off of A VHS-C Tape

I have always struggled with how to clean mildew off of a VHS or VHS-C Tape. I believe that I have found an easy and effective way to clean these tapes so they won't break in order to transfer them.

Hello, Thank you for this very informative video. To hold the 2 pieces of the video tape in place before gluing, I use the sticky part of a post-it note that I turn over and hold on the table. Cordially
