My nephew and niece aged out. They has been waiting for 15 years. They are unmarried and both are nurses. Both kids refused visa . Parents are retired. They gave visa to parents. I don’t understand. In USA shortage of nurses. If they give them visa . They are young, they will work and they will pay the taxes.

Good morning I have a question about my daughter my Father who is a US CITIZEN filled for me in 20 12 and 20 14 we got the CEAC recipe, but my daughter was 13years in 20 12 and 20 14 she was 15years when we got the CEAC recipe, she is 25years old now, The Immigration email me in October of this year, and said they ready to go forward with my case and I should pay the visa fee, but my daughter name is not in the email, I want to know if my daughter age is frozen under the CSPA, or if she is qualified for CSPA.
Thank you.

My sons age was below 21 years, when petition was filed. We filed DS-260 and paid NVC Fees within a year of approval of I-526. However, US embassy denied his visa. Is it possible to file a motion? USCIS policy and DOS policies are not synchronized. Please guide.

My petition i130 for F4 was approved on March 2011 and my priority date is July 2010. My petition was sent to NVC but I never got a welcome letter. I did research online and I keep finding mix information. Some people got their welcome letter not too long after it was sent to NVC and some people got the letter when reaching the priority date. Which is true? I have yet to receive a welcome letter.

What if aged out son's case is grandfathered or filed April 30, 2001. Will character reference letters help justify his character as well? Do we need to file another DS260 if his immigration visa will be reviewed and hopefully re-considered? Thanks

when a permanent resident petitioner becomes a naturalized u.s. citizen, his i-130 petition for a minor child who turns 21, but is protected by cspa, will convert from the f2a to f1 category. if there is more backlog in the f1 category, can he opt out?

My son has aged out. Our F3 petition was approved on April 30, 2001. If I am not mistaken, we were given an email that visa numbers were not available at approx 2008 or 2009 and now that the interview email was sent, my eldest son who is now 35 YO has been taken off the list despite the paid petition receipt which I received just this year. Can we re-appeal this case?

Hi sir I am in the F1 category my priority date is October 13 2015. I was documentary qualified in 2021. On July 2024 my case became current. My interview was scheduled for August 2024. The sad thing is the immigration officer told me unfortunately both my kids aged out. She also told me she saw our case was pending for a long time. It was heartbroken for me to hear this. I paid for my kids visa, They also did there medical and to go and hear that it was very sad.

Hello! My child under 21 resides out of US and will age out in the summer. I am GC holder and petitioning him. Is there any form to be submitted alongside I-130 in order to lock his age? Or will it freeze automatically once I file I-130?

Hello, thank you so much for making helpful videos for us 🙏.

I became a US citizen 14 months ago to received my passport took me a few months plus. My question to you is I applied for the unmarried daughter I 130 form just days before she turned 21. So USCIS concerned her under 21 or because the day after she turns 21 USCIS concerning her 21? Please it’s helpful if you’re answer

Hi. My child age 26 got the welcome letter with the cover of CSPA . During the visa interview ( F4 1 category) his visa was denied as he was AGED OUT according to consular officer’s calculation. If so why NVC included his name in the letter of invitation ? Can we appeal against this decision ?

I am from india my grandfather filled our petition back in 2009 10th november under f3 category on behalf of my father, it just opened in 2023 april and we have our visa interview on 26th july 2024. My concern is that i am currently 22 years old and going to be 23 just in 5 months, i know that my parents are going to get green card but i am not sure if i will be eligible for green card or not, though as per cspa calculater i am eligible but i have heard some cases where children above 21 years are not getting green card from india. Will this cspa criteria gets applied on me?

I need your help and guidance on this. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,
