What about having a Mag Shield with a Plasma Shield a layer of water (this one i havent heard of befor) a layer of fungi. Powered by a Warp Field, it may not get passed C but it can get High Sub C and you can just SLOW down to prevent Shotgunning a system with dust on the Front end. that should work out for a ship. even if you have to use say a fusion drive instead of a warp drive.

Have you seen the Cool Worlds video about using black holes and curving lasers around them to hit a reflective surface on your own ship to effectively steal insane amounts of energy? Requires reaching one first and you'd only be able to hop between black holes, but it would theoretically work.

Here is how you do interstellar travel change the frequency of the craft to match another location in time and space. A object changes frequency when it changes location when you figure out how to measure and change that artificially that's how travel is done in a non linear way.

You can adapt nuclear diamond battery tech for interstellar travel. Make the outside of the ship the battery. The ship would be powered *by* space. All the radiation. Doesn't solve that many problems, but would allow for an eternal probe.
