Satisfying Green Snake Shedding!

A smooth green snake in the process of shedding its skin. Please note that no snakes were harmed in this video and that no one should help a snake shed its skin unless it is completely ready to shed! This snakes skin started to come loose on its own when handled. Lots of green snake content coming up!

You’re basically ripping off part of their skin. You have to wait until they start struggling to get it off when it’s irritating them.

Not to be negative or “that person”, but That’s not super safe to do, generally shouldn’t be “helping” a snake shed unless it’s an emergency. Can rip skin, pull scales, not satisfying to the snake. If you provide something tough in the enclosure, and there’s enough humidity, the snake will rub against it and peel the shed in 1 solid piece.
