Newly-released video shows convicted murderer's escape from Pennsylvania prison

Security video released Wednesday showed how convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante escaped from the Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania last week. The video showed him crab-walking over a prison wall and then pushing his way through razor wire. Nikki DeMentri has more.

Basic escape 101, the void should be full of razor wire... considering their failures, that entire prison should be inspected by actual prison professionals...not a person linked with the state or it's prison system in any way.

I guess this is now all about collecting that overtime pay, following the authorities clear incompetence. Why does the jails command staff still have their jobs?

I worked for a private company for 32 years. If something went wrong, we did preventive correction reports. The problem was solved and provision were made so it would never happen again. Apparently this prison did not correct the problem after the escape in May. Now it's costing a boatload of money and stress on alot of people!!
