Oase' produces some very interesting products.
I've always been intrigued by the Biorbs, although I've never owned one.
This air pump appears to be an outstanding addition to their line.

I have a Danner AP-4 running 2 sponge filters on a 25g and it is very quiet plus plenty powerful. The design looks similar. The hanger is a nice feature and I think the placement is perfect, since to make it quiet it must hang straight without touching anything. Looks perfectly balanced.

I'm a fan... they look neat with the dials already there & not needing those dang fiddly dampners.. love the out-takes :)

Love this as I like adding air to my tanks, but I hate the noise they make. One request is could you show the air stone working? I’ve never seen those before, are they easy to clean?
Thanks again for providing great content ❣️

I got the same air diffusers with the Fluval Q series airpumps. These pumps remind me a lot of those to begin with. Thanks for sharing.

The fabric rings look similar to what you find on the "never clog" air stones. Great video and they look like decent pumps. I'd be curious to see how they match up against the topfin 8000 though.

I like sponge filters in my smaller tanks 15 - 29 gallons, I love 'em. I sure do need a quieter air pump for my 55 gallon though.

They are very similar design to the Eheim Airpumps..

Never really used sponge filters but i always have had air stones for extra flow and surface movement.

It’s ok Sean. You can call me a ‘fan’.

So you couldn't place the stones under water?

Are used to hang my air pumps as well, I would loop two rubber bands together and put it around a mesh net media bag and dump the air pump in the media bag so it had an anti-vibration hanging system and that seemed to take a lot of the vibration noise out. Even when you buy a quiet pump you put it down on the table and it vibrates and eventually it moves and touches something and starts rattling or falls off.

Later I bought those little PCO silent pumps which are way more expensive but I’ve been running one for about a year and a half and it works great and the bubbles are way louder than the pump and I have it sitting on glass and it doesn’t move at all it barely vibrates. But I would definitely hang that from rubber bands.

I’m surprised how quiet these are, are these a diaphragm pump, what method are they using to pump air?

Reminiscent of the Eheim air pumps. Also includes a knock of the expensive Eheim air diffuser. These knock off air diffusers have recently exploded on eBay. Nice and cheap.

Those air"stones" have been standard in packages from eheim airpumpes

They look very very similar in design to the Eheim air pumps. I wonder how the $$ compares? Including the bad placement of the top bracket for hanging the unit.
