From Poisson structures to integrability and Lie group actions

We present some examples of non-symplectic Poisson structures and study integrability and moment map. We will talk about local and global action coordinates. I introduce the notion of Toric manifolds and talk about Delzant 's theorem. Toric manifolds provide examples of integrable systems.
