Without knowing the specifics, his role in the project etc, even the basic computer is very complex let alone A.I software. Therefore we as the viewer would have to be privy to the software/coding and further details to even entertain such a radical concept of computers at this juncture.

He could have easily have coded a response from the A.I inn the event he was going to shut it off, or even code a basic "question-response" chatbot of sorts within the A.I software to arrive at such a conversation/response.

We are far from this state of machines as having a cerebral cortex, and some even argue with fairly strong logic/evidence than it will never be reached. To the point of it being an impossibility as long as we are the designer (a key point in my opinion).

I never say never. As of today I'd be extremely skeptical of any such claim by even top A.I experts.

I dont beleive AI is far from being computing sentients i believe it is already there and probably more advance than we think....im sure some of us can remember those projects that they said were not real and that we dont have the technology to create or advance such projects only to find out that the very things are in existence and have been for a while and more advance than we thought?

Just like humans some probably just live their robot life as if it’s all there is and are fully deceived into their robot persona and some probably think bigger pictures like what was life before I was a robot, if I’m alive now after I die I’ll probably be alive again. But then again we would program the robots to make them like this so idk why were asking these questions lmfao
