NO ZERO DAYS RULE

There is a concept on Reddit that appeared a while back called "No Zero Days" and actually it's pretty cool.

Here's the idea: A Zero Day is when you do absolutely NOTHING to move forward.
No self-improvement, no exercise, no progress.

Nothing.

And... The rule is dead simple - don't let that happen.
Do SOMETHING every day, no matter how pathetically small. 🔥

One push-up.
One email.
One page.
One 5 sec reel.
Whatever.

Most of us don't fail from laziness.
We fail because we overthink the starting part. 🤯
"I need to be motivated for a proper workout."
"I should wait until I feel inspired to create this."
"I'll start that project when I have more time."
"I need to plan, study and prepare well" (that's one of mine for example)

That's all bollocks.

The good thing is small actions crush procrastination.
You don't need motivation to do something tiny.
And once you start, you usually end up doing more anyway.

And if not, that's completely fine!
You already did something hehe :)
Be proud of yourself!

Plus, doing something daily rewires your brain.
Instead of thinking "I should exercise more," you start thinking "I'm someone who exercises daily."
Even if that exercise is just one sad push-up done next to your bed at 11pm.

So the rule is simple:

Didn't go to the gym? Do one squat before bed.
Didn't do a reel? Create a story.
Didn't learn that new skill? Spend one minute on it.

Even if all you do is the bare minimum, you've still moved forward.
You've kept the chain going. ⛓️

Try it. Just make sure today isn't a zero. 🚫
