How to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries

✅Ingredients

• 1 lb strawberries
• 3.5 oz 100g 70% dark chocolate
• 3.5 oz 100g white chocolate

✅Instructions

00:00:55 - How to melt chocolate in the microwave
00:02:07 - How to melt chocolate in a double boiler

1️⃣ 00:00:16 - Wash strawberries leaving on the green parts, then pat dry with a paper towel to make sure they are very very dry.

2️⃣ Reserve a little bit of both chocolates and chop into small bits on a chopping board. Melt rest of chocolate in a double boiler or microwave as instructed above in the blog post.

3️⃣ 00:01:31 - Take the strawberries by the green part between your fingers and dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate. Then place on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.

4️⃣ 00:02:43 - Put in the fridge to harden for at least 1 hour, better several hours or overnight.
