This Netflix series follows HYBE, the South Korean giant behind the success of K-pop boy band BTS and American record level Geffen as they work to create the world’s first “global girl pop group.”

The Korean entertainment industry has unlocked a formula to creating succeessful pop groups and demonstrates it in this reality series.

For these young women, the Popstar Academy stakes are the highest they’ve yet encountered.

For me, the series is a MASTERCLASS in how to offer feedback. I picked 3 of the top things I heard and applied it to leading a team:
