This happened in Singapore on Oct 25, 2024. Two workers, one from Burma and the other from Bangladesh, helped one another up to the second and third floor ledges on the building's exterior, picked up the 3 year old, opened the apartment window and brought the child inside. Both have received the Singapore Civil Defence Force Community Lifesaver Award (Source: AsiaOne news)
