Thank-you, dear friend, for this video. I am very glad i found your channel. I have had back problems since I hurt my leg when i was 18, Im 37 now. These work outs are helping me out so much and im learning alot. When i lay on my stomach and try to ark my back I look like a piece of wood pushing itself up and my back would have no curve in it. I am starting to get movement there now. Is there a video you would recommend or and exercise to do more often to be able to ark my back while laying on my stomach?

Earlier i was asked by my PT to do angry cat and back curls for backpain. But it did not help at all. Will you explain what was wrong with these exercises for backpain.

if you had operatiion in your right leg achileos tendon ;should i make this wall move ment on my right leg. or my muscles shortened in right leg. in the other way wich of my leg is shortened and streched i must.
